How’s this for a dream job? Britain’s Repairacar is seeking a very special someone who can drive supercars from a customer’s address to one of their repair shops and back. It’s all very glamorous – the opportunity to drive supercars as diverse as Aston Martins, Ferraris and even the occasional Zonda or Bugatti Veyron – though it does include some taking of public transport.

VIDEO: Driver Smacks Lamborghini Gallardo on Curve, Blames Broken Shoe Heel

A twin-turbocharged Lamborghini Gallardo tuned by Underground Racing received an unwanted...facelift when the driver smashed the Italian supercar on a curve at the Caffeine and Octane event in Georgia this past weekend. A forum member who appears to be a friend of the car’s owner uploaded several photos and a description of the crash over at the Car Lounge.

According to the post, the blame is put on the driver’s shoe heels that “came loose and as he stepped on the brakes, the loose part stayed partially on the gas”. A set of videos showing the crash as it happened as well as the aftermath, which translates in a broken rear suspension, wheel damage and some minor body scruffs, also made their way online. New 2011 Lamborghini Reventon: yellow color from the million-dollar

When Lamborghini's next-gen Gallardo LP 560-4 Spyder convertible burst onto the scenes earlier this year, the sporty two seat exotic impressed all who witnessed: it had a better albeit part-exterior from the million-dollar Lamborghini Reventon, output an additional 40 hp, and is lighter. The Gallardo spyder convertible gallops Zero to 60 mph in 4 seconds flat, a few tenths lighter than the coupe, and the top speed is 201 mph. The hardtop version came in at 202 mph.

According to officials, the man was trying to start up the classic four-seater Lamborghini in the garage when it exploded and erupted to flames, which quickly spread to the rest of the house. The cause of the explosion has not yet been determined.
